Requirements and Reservations

To protect your own pet, the pets that are already inside the Hotel and the Hotel please read the requirements.
Contagious diseases:
Pets that have contagious diseases cannot enter the pet Hotel. Examples – flu, ringworm, parvo.
Health book:
You need to bring your pets’ health book or pet passport for Check In to ensure the following are up-to-date:

Annual vaccination:
(7 diseases – Distemper, Hepatitis, inactive Leptospirosis canicola, inactive leptospirosis icterohaemorrhagiae, Parainfluenza, Parvovirus, adenovirus type2) valid for 1 year

Cough vaccination:
The cough vaccination needs 7 days to start working and it is valid for 1 year.

Ticks, fleas protection:
We need to know the date of the application and the name of the brand as each brand has a different duration and treats, protects or repels different parasites. The product can be a spot on or tablet or collar or spray)

Mosquito protection:
We need to know the date of the application and the name of the brand. The product can be a collar, spot on or vaccination.The two common dog diseases in Cyprus are ehrlichia and leishmania. Ehrlichia is caused by an infected tick and Leishmania is caused by an infected mosquito.

De-worming:
The duration is usually for 3 months
How can a pet adapt to a new environment/ Pet Hotel?
We advise pet parents to train their pets to be adaptable to different places and people before coming to the pet hotel such as:

The pet to visit different houses frequently

Socialize with other people frequently

The pet can stay at our Pet Hotel for 2 nights and progress the number of nights gradually before a longer stay. This gradual progression will allow the pet to adapt to the pet hotel.
Vet:
Pet’s vet name, contact number and medical history (surgery, treatments, medications)
Clean:
Your pet needs to be clean (bathed, brushed and free of ticks and fleas) or we can provide this service for your pet.
Personal ID:
Please bring your personal ID or passport with you.
Reservations:
High season:
For busy periods (Christmas, Easter and Summer) please book well in advance. Minimum 4 nights. For Christmas minimum 6 nights.
Availability:
We advise pet parents to book their pets reservation first before they book their own reservation to avoid any holiday changes.
Check In and Check Out time:
Please check in and check out at the given time to avoid any delay.
Check In:
Check in takes about 10 minutes to complete all the details that are necessary.
Deposits:
Pets staying 3 weeks and more need to give full deposit and a copy of the owners ID.
By Reservation:
Check in is by reservation, we will need the following details: Check In date and time, Check out date and time, number of pets and number rooms required.
Changes of reservation:
If you need to change any of the dates or times of your reservation, please notify us in advance to check for availability.
Cancellations:
Please inform us in advance of any cancellations so we can remove your reservation.
Check In delay:
Your reservation will be held for 24 hours from the Check In time. If you are more than 24 hours late without contacting us your reservation will be cancelled.
No of rooms:
If you would like your pets to share a room, you need to confirm that they will be happy to share a room. Otherwise we can book separate rooms.
Bedding damages:
If your pet has a tendency to destroy their bedding please inform the receptionist to remove all items for health reasons.
Additional services:
Please be aware that additional services such as Grooming salon services, Veterinary clinic services or Pet shop items are not included in the Pet Hotel price.
Phone calls:
Pet parents can call to ask how their pet is during opening hours only. On Bank holidays we do not take calls.

Visiting the Pet Hotel:
Please book an appointment to visit the Pet Hotel as pet carers need to clean, feed, and to not upset the pets during their holidays.
