All of our guests are closely monitored by our staff, consisting of animal carers, veterinarians. We have a 24hr. security surveillance system, high fences surrounding the property and security gates for optimal security.

Each pet has their own room and veranda, walking and socializing is done individually and they do not have any contact with other pets.

Our pet carers thoroughly clean and disinfect the Pet Hotel several times throughout the day to ensure that it always stays clean.

The Pet Hotel features ceramic floor and wall tiles to ensure thorough cleaning and resistance to bacteria and other allergens.

We stock mattresses, blankets and fresh linen which we clean after every use. Our pet carers always make sure that your pets have clean bedding with our washing machines working throughout the day. If your pet has a tendency to destroy their bedding please inform the receptionist to remove all items for health reasons. In this case we will not provide bedding.

All meals are prepared in the kitchen and the area is disinfected daily. It is fully equipped with a fridge, stove, dish washer and stainless steel bowls.

We provide a Pet Menu were you can pick food for your pet or you can check if we provide the same food as you have at home. For any other food, brand, type or flavour that is not in the Pet Menu and you would like to order it will be at extra cost. If you would like to order, please order in advance at least 1 week ahead. Our staff will monitor your pet’s eating habits while they are in the pet hotel.

Your pets will always have a fresh supply of water.

The Hotel is spacious and offers comfort to ensure that your pet can walk around comfortably in their individual rooms and verandas.

Every pet has their own sign which outlines their individual requirements. This information is obtained from the owner during the check-in process.

Our Pet Hotel provides heating during the winter months and air condition and fans during the summer months.

Every room has a fresh air flow from a window and veranda with plenty of natural light.

Relaxing music can be heard throughout the rooms.

Every room has an individual veranda with a view of our beautiful gardens (trees and flowers) assuring plenty of shade and fresh air for your pet.

Our guests have a clear view of our garden, with trees and flowers.

We provide harnesses, collars and leads. All of our guests are walked every day and spend one-on-one time with a pet carer in a secure play area. Our goal is to make your pet’s stay here as enjoyable as possible and ensure that they get their daily exercise whether that be during their walks, or in the play area where they can catch a ball and interact with our friendly staff.

Our gardens feature fountains, green grass, statues, path ways, flowers and shaded areas.

At check in you can book any of the additional services for your baby.
